Goods and Services Products

We issue refunds for any unopened products received within 10 days of the original purchase date. We will refund your purchase for any damaged items. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using our products. We reserve the right to refuse a refund of a product if there is suspicion of abuse, negligence, improper use, or any infractions to the privacy policy or terms and conditions of Everbella products.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is calculated at checkout for your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
